1. Your agreement
These terms apply between you and the operator identified above. By creating an account, you confirm that you can enter this agreement and accept these terms. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to accept on its behalf. The accompanying privacy notice explains how account and licensing information is handled.
2. Free evaluation license
The beta grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to evaluate Morrigan on one computer for seven consecutive days from email verification. One trial is available per person and email address. No payment details are collected, no subscription starts automatically, and the trial ends without a charge. AI provider usage and other third-party services are paid separately by you.
Your key is displayed once. If lost, you can replace it in your account; replacement revokes the prior key and keeps the original expiry. Do not share, sell, publish, or redistribute keys, accounts, or the beta installer. Components supplied under separate open-source licenses remain governed by those licenses.
3. Connectivity and devices
Activation requires internet access. The trial checks its license approximately every five minutes while online and permits at most one hour of cached access, capped by the trial expiry. Extended offline activation is unavailable. Device deactivation, account closure, suspension, or key replacement may leave a previously issued cached lease usable until it expires.
4. Authorized use
Use Morrigan only with software, systems, devices, and data you own or have permission to test. You are responsible for your actions, your research scope, compliance with applicable law, and third-party rights. Do not use the service for unauthorized access, harmful activity, harassment, credential theft, or circumvention of the trial or seat limits.
5. Beta quality and your data
Morrigan is evaluation software under active development. Features may change or fail, and generated analysis may be incomplete or incorrect. Review generated commands, scripts, findings, and changes before relying on them. Maintain backups and use suitable test devices and environments. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular research result, or a future commercial release.
You retain rights to your inputs and artifacts. AI requests can transmit research content to the provider you configure. You are responsible for choosing that provider and having permission to send the content. Do not submit confidential material in support requests unless you are authorized to disclose it.
6. Support and feedback
Beta support is provided through the contact above as capacity allows, without a guaranteed response time. You may choose to send feedback and diagnostic files. We may use feedback to improve Morrigan; this does not transfer ownership of your research data or confidential materials.
7. Ending access
You may stop using Morrigan or close your account at any time. Access ends at trial expiry. We may suspend or revoke access for abuse, breach of these terms, or to protect the service, and may end the beta. Contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect. Closing an account does not create eligibility for another trial.
8. Responsibility and applicable rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the beta is provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Any liability limits, governing-law provisions, and dispute process requiring jurisdiction-specific terms must be finalized by the operator before registration opens.
9. Changes and contact
We record the version and time of your acceptance. Material changes will be identified with a new version and communicated before they apply to an existing account where required. Contact the operator above with agreement, account, or privacy questions.
